Noros Ads is operated by ZRN OÜ, registered in Estonia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our ad-monitoring service, and how it's used.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and business details you provide. When you book a call, Calendly (a third-party scheduling tool) collects your name, email, and selected time slot under its own privacy policy.

Ad account access

If you choose to connect your Facebook or Google Ads account for monitoring, we request access through the official Meta Ads API or Google Ads API. Access starts read-only. We never request or store your ad platform login credentials — access is granted through each platform's own official authorization flow, which you can revoke at any time from your Meta Business Settings or Google Ads account.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call
• To review your ad account performance, if you've granted access, for the purpose of providing monitoring and recommendations
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the agreed service. If you'd like your data deleted, email ads@noros.eu.

Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU-based business, we comply with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw ad account access at any time. Contact ads@noros.eu for any request.
